The minibar was not stocked very well. The options are reasonably priced, though.

The hotel had a very rich buffet. Super tidy. The location in the city center was great, and the metro was only 50 meters away. I always had bottled drinking water and a kettle in the room.

The air conditioner did not turn on initially in my room. I had to change my room immediately. The new room had functioning air conditioning. the initial inconvenience was frustrating.

the hotel was clean, certainly appreciated.

i was disappointed to find the air conditioning wasn't working, made for a very uncomfortable night. the hotel staff didn't offer a solution or a different room. this really impacted my experience.
